Shipment

The cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer. We deliver to Germany, Europe and non-European countries. We cannot guarantee the stated delivery times as they depend on several factors over which we have no influence. Sundays and public holidays are also taken into account, although there is no shipping/delivery on these days. Delivery will be postponed accordingly.
 

Orders paid on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. will be sent on the same day. Articles with a delivery time of 3-20 days are usually excluded. These items may be reordered at the manufacturer and we sent to you after delivery.

Pick-up: We will inform you by email when the goods are ready. You can then pickup them from our store.

When delivering to non-European countries or non-EU countries, additional country-specific import duties, possibly customs clearance fees, customs service fees and possibly import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the country of delivery. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. You are responsible for these fees.

Returns must be registered no later than 14 days after receipt of the delivery. The cost of the return is to be borne by the buyer. After received the return we will pay back the total purchase price.
