Returns must be registered no later than 14 days after receipt of the delivery. The costs of the return shipment shall be paid by the buyer. After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price. If shipping costs have been incurred with your order, these will only be refunded if all the items ordered are returned.

This mail should contain the following information:
- Name and customer number
- Items you would like to return
Then pack the goods safely in a parcel and send it to the address below with your chosen logistics provider. We will then inform you by email about all further procedures, such as return arrival and refund. We thank you already now for your effort. Thank you!

Then stick the shipping label on the parcel and hand it in at a DHL parcel shop or Packstation. We will then offset the costs against the refund. You can find parcel shops or Packstations --> here.
