Returns must be registered no later than 14 days after receipt of the delivery. The costs of the return shipment shall be paid by the buyer. You are free to choose the shipping company. You can find the required return address below. After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price. If shipping costs have been incurred with your order, these will only be refunded if all the items ordered are returned.

ATTENTION: If you are returning from a non-EU area, please make sure that the customs declaration is completely and correctly filled out. A return must ALWAYS be marked as "Returned Goods". Please also attach our invoice to the outside of the package. You received this from us by email. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we must refuse collection from the customs office due to the disproportionately high cost.

TIP (only DEU): For only €4.99, you can also use our fee-based DHL returns service. Booking is only possible via our returns portal.

TIP (EU + CHE & GBR): For only €12.99 you can also use our fee-based DHL returns international service. Booking is only possible via our returns portal.

After registering via our returns portal, you will receive a confirmation by email. Simply stick the enclosed DHL return label onto the package and hand it in at a DHL parcel shop or Packstation. We will then offset the costs against the refund. You can find parcel shops or Packstations --> here.

Refusal of acceptance / parcel stop

If you refuse to accept the delivery or arrange a delivery stop, we will charge a fee of €4.99 for Germany and 12.99€ for international deliveries to cover the return shipping costs incurred by DHL. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
